The veil story

One of the greatest and the most mysterious elements of the women wardrobe was always the veil. From one hand it was the mysterious material that hid the face of the woman giving her some spice and was the beautiful element of the female style.

There are veils of different colours and sizes decorated with all kinds of precious stones, glass beads and embroideries. The veil was carefully fixed to the hat and was removed on the desire of the owner. In such case the veil was the mystery that the woman could put on any time she wanted to.

The veil is the women headwear that covered the face of the woman partially or fully. Usually the veil was made of the thin material, laces made in the form of the mesh.

In Ancient times the veil was used to determine the class and religious status. It is the decoration of the hat or of the female hairdo in the modern world.

The veil developed from the wedding veil that was used to cover the bride and to protect her from the evil forces in such way. Women liked the ides of the thin mesh that could cover their faces and they adapted it with pleasure making it the favourite element of their clothing.
